Keepday Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Mixaline for the Keepday app and the website at https://keepday.vercel.app. By installing or using Keepday, you agree to them. The privacy policy explains what data is stored.
License
Mixaline grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Keepday for your own habit tracking. You do not receive ownership of the app. You may not copy, resell, rent, or reverse engineer it, except where the law does not allow that restriction.
Premium
Keepday Premium is a one-time purchase, processed by Google Play. It unlocks unlimited habits, extra themes, and detailed stats. Premium does not renew and is not a subscription. Payment, receipts, and refunds for that purchase follow Google Play's policies.
Plus
Keepday Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by Google Play monthly or yearly. It renews until you cancel it in Google Play. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends if you do not want the next charge. After you cancel, Plus stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Deleting your Keepday account does not cancel Plus. Cancel the subscription in Google Play.
Plus is what cloud sync requires. Entitlements are checked with RevenueCat using your app user id and purchase history.
Acceptable use
Use Keepday only for lawful personal habit tracking. You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
- Try to access another person's account or data.
- Interfere with the app, the API, or the Supabase project.
- Probe, scrape, or overload the service, or bypass a purchase check.
- Upload content you do not have the right to store.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Disclaimer
Keepday is provided as is and as available. Habit tracking, streaks, and reminders are not medical, mental-health, financial, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, that a reminder will fire, or that local or synced data will never be lost. You are responsible for a copy of anything you need to keep.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mixaline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim related to Keepday is limited to the amount you paid for Keepday through Google Play in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that limit is zero. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Indonesia have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms, except where a consumer-protection law requires a different court.
